The Council of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen is seeking and encouraging public input from residents, business owners and community partners for Council consideration regarding the 2026 Municipal Budget.

TOWNSHIP OF HBM - NO DUMPING OF BRUSH OR GARBAGE PERMITTED

Please be advised that there is no illegal dumping permitted on Township Property, Private Property or Crown Land. This includes Peninsula Road. 

HBM Fire Department advises that dumping of brush or hot ashes is a major fire hazard and advises residents to keep fire safety a priority when having any type of fire. 

The 6th Line Transfer Station is offering a FREE brush drop off which has been extended to Monday June 2, 2025.

Please note, the 6th Line Transfer Station is located at 900-6th Line and free brush drop off is offered to HBM Township residents only.
