Animal Control
Information
Residents of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen are permitted up to 3 dogs, and 3 cats per household. Residents are to register their animals with the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen where they will obtain registered animal tags per pet. Residents that have registered their pets will receive invoicing at the beginning of each year to renew the licenses/tags. Residents will have from January to April to make payment for their invoices before a late fee is applied.

Peterborough Humane Society
Any impounded animals may be kept at the Peterborough Humane Society.
