Surplus equipment and supplies
The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen surplus vehicles and equipment are sold by online auction through GovDeals public auction.
The Township will place surplus items for auction with GovDeals, a company that provides online auction services of government surplus items.
All items are sold “as it, where is” without warranty, meaning that it is the bidder’s sole responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the condition and specifications of the goods being offered for sale before placing a bid.
Bidding
To bid on an item, you must register with GovDeals. There is no cost to register. Make sure you read and accept the bidders' agreement which states the terms and conditions.
Please note that by placing a bid, you are making a contract between yourself and the seller.
