HBM Township – Fire & Emergency Services - Fire Ban Update August 13, 2025
The Ministry of Natural Resources has lowered the Fire Danger Rating to High. The Full Fire Ban remains in effect for The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen until further notice.
Currently there is NO wildfire activity in the HBM Township.
The wildfire # HAL018, in the northern part of Marmora & Lake Municipality, is now being held and still remains at 12.8 hectors or 31.6 acres. At this time, no evacuation orders have been issued, and this forest fire poses no threat to HBM Township.
Please call 911 to report any fires.
The HBM Fire & Emergency Services encourages all residents and visitors to obey the Fire Danger Rating signs posted.
