Request for Committee Volunteer - Library Board

The Council of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen invites applicants to serve on the following volunteer Municipal Committee:

 

·                Library Board                                                     1 Appointment

The purpose of the Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Library Board is to govern the affairs of the public library in service to the community.

Applicants should be community-minded with a special interest in library activities.

Interested persons are invited to submit applications by completing the Municipal Volunteer Application Form by Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

2024 Interim Tax Due Dates

2024 Interim Taxes 

Please be aware, the HBM Township interim property tax bills were recently mailed out to residents. The interim tax bill due dates are:
  • First Installment Due: Thursday March 28, 2024
  • Second Installment Due: Friday May 31, 2024
We ask that you contact the municipal office at 705-778-2308 if you have not received your tax bill by March 15, 2024.
There are a variety of payment options available to residents:
  • Online / Telephone banking
  • Township Office (cash, cheque, or debit card) and outside drop box
  • Mail (allow 3 – 4 days for us to receive in office)
  • Credit Card payments are accepted on the Township website Paymentus system, for quick reference visit: Online Credit Card Payment system
