Request for Committee Volunteer - Library Board

The Council of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen invites applicants to serve on the following volunteer Municipal Committee:

 

·                Library Board                                                     1 Appointment

The purpose of the Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Library Board is to govern the affairs of the public library in service to the community.

Applicants should be community-minded with a special interest in library activities.

Interested persons are invited to submit applications by completing the Municipal Volunteer Application Form by Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

Strategic Plan Public Meetings

Public Meeting: Tuesday, February 27, 2024
Take notice that there will be a Public Meeting (two sessions) held on Tuesday February 27, 2024 at the Lions Hall, HBM Community Centre. The first public meeting session is scheduled for 3 - 5 PM and the second 6 - 8 PM to ensure we connect with as many residents as possible.

Public consultation is an integral part of the strategic planning process. The purpose of these public meeting sessions is to discuss what township-based matters, issues, and initiatives are important to you. The information and insights gathered will help inform HBM Township's 5-year Strategic Plan.
