Significant Weather Event Declaration is Lifted - Tuesday December 30, 2025
Effective immediately, the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen (HBM) is officially ending the Significant Weather Event, declared on Sunday December 28, 2025, in accordance with Ontario Regulation 239/02, the Minimum Maintenance Standards.
While the declared significant weather event has ended, residents are assured HBM Township’s Public Works crews remain actively engaged in post-storm clean-up and supporting waste disposal efforts.
The Township extends its sincere appreciation to the road’s crews of the Public Services Department for their dedication and hard work throughout the Significant Weather Event.
