The Havelock Library, an HBM cooling centre, will be open Friday July 03 between 1:00pm-7:00pm. The Havelock Library is located at 13 Quebec St.

The HBM Splash Pad, located at the George Street Park – 39 George Street East, will be running everyday 10:00am-8:00pm.
