HBM Township - Tree Planting Program - Registration Form

The tree planting program is a Council initiative that allows Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen property owners to register for one (1) free tree.  

To sign up for a tree you must be a registered property owner within the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen. One (1) tree will be provided per property owner(s)/property.

The following trees will be available;
Quantity (33) - Maple Trees - size (7-9') 
Quantity (20) - Maple Trees - size (5-6') 

The size of tree will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Trees will be available for pickup only - details of pickup time and location will be provided to registered applicants.

Please complete the Tree Planting Program form below by October 1, 2025.

*Registration does not guarantee you will receive a tree, approval will be at the Township's discretion.
