HBM Township Launches Online Complaint System

New Confidential Online Complaint System & Process

The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen (HBM) has moved the complaint process for By-law Enforcement to Cloudpermit.  Cloudpermit is a safe and secure online software that will allow residents to submit by-law enforcement concerns and details to municipal staff.

By-laws are enforced to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents.  We are available as a resource to achieve compliance through by-laws and providing education, conducting inspections, and issue tickets when necessary.
