George St. Construction Progress Report - Sept. 14 to Sept. 25, 2026
Despite rain delays, concrete work has progressed along George Street. The main sidewalk and curbs are nearing completion.
Following the concrete work, the parking lanes and roadway will be fine graded in preparation for paving the base course. The final “infills” of sidewalk should be done mid-week September 14th.
The anticipated completion of Oak Street and George Street West is the end of September. This includes line painting and landscaping.
