ELECTORAL WARD SPECIAL mEETING(S)

Please be aware Council will receive delegations regarding the possible revision of the Electoral Ward System on the following dates:

·         Tuesday July 16, 2024, Regular Council Meeting @ 9:30 a.m.

·         Tuesday July 16, 2024, Special Council Meeting @ 6:00 p.m. (Council Chamber)

Anyone interested in addressing Council regarding the electoral ward system is encouraged to register as a delegation at one of the two meetings. A Delegation Request Form is available online at: Council Delegation - Havelock-Belmont-Methuen (hbmtwp.ca) or paper copy at the Township office located at 1 Ottawa St E, Havelock.
