The Municipality’s quotation form must be completed and a hard copy submitted to the HBM Municipal Office, 1 Ottawa St. E., Havelock, Ontario. Alternatively, printed forms are available at the Township office.

The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any quotation and reserves the right to accept other than the lowest quotation and to cancel this Request for Quotations at any time.

Request for Tender – HBM RFT 2026-02 – Reconstruction of Unimin Road

Sealed Tenders, in clearly marked envelope, will be received by the Public Works Manager at HBM Township, 1 Ottawa Street East, P.O. Box 10, Havelock, ON., K0L 1Z0, until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, for the following project:

This contract is for the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials to complete the approximately 1.3 kms of roadway rehabilitation along Unimin Road, within the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen. Project limits shall commence at the intersection of County Road 46 and progress until the entrance to Unimin Canada Ltd. The general scope of works under this Contract shall involve but not be necessarily limited to the following;

• In place processing of the existing roadway surface, Granular roadbase construction, Culvert removal and replacement, Earth / rock ditching, Steel beam guide rail removal and replacement, Hotmix asphalt placement, Pavement markings.
