This senior's community has a minimum age requirement of 59 years of age.

- On site Community Care Offices
- Spacious Common Room
- 24 one-bedroom units approximately 580 square feet in size
- Combination of "Affordable Housing" units (maximum income $30,144 annual) and "Market Rent" Units (no maximum income).
Peterborough Housing is now seeking applications for apartments that will be available for occupancy January, 2021.
If interested in applying, applications are to be returned to Peterborough Housing Corporation by December 15, 2020.
