|Peterborough Council on Aging|
The Peterborough Council on Aging is a community based organization that is working to make the Peterborough region "age-friendly" for everyone. Our focus is on our aging population of people over the age of 55 years.
Their mission is to be a planning group that is able to influence local and regional decisions regarding the issues facing older adults and our aging communities.
The organization started in 2009 as the Peterborough Seniors Planning Table which was a small group of local organizations wanting to increase awareness of issues facing seniors as they age.
